提高货运机车机班使用效率探析

摘　　要：铁路货运机车机班是货物列车牵引动力的来源,在不增加投入的情况下,通过提高其使用效率是提高产出、增加收益的有效方法。在分析铁路货运发展形势,以及日常运输组织中机车机班供应及使用中存在问题的基础上,从供应足够且良好的机车机班和提高机车机班使用效率两方面入手,借鉴日常运输组织中采取的有效措施,提出根据运输需要采取跨局入助和跨段入助进行机车机班调整、通过控制机车检修和备用率提高机车有效供给、减少机车乘务员辅助作业时间、提高日(班)机车工作计划编制水平、组织均衡运输、强化调度集中统一指挥,以及提升信息化建设等方法措施。Railway freight locomotive and crew shifts are the source of traction power for freight trains.It is an effective way to increase output and income by improving their efficiency without increasing input.This paper analyzed the development situation of railway freight transport and the problems in the supply and use of locomotive and crew shifts in daily transport organization.On this basis,the paper started with supplying adequate and good locomotive and crew shifts and improving their efficiency,drawing on the effective measures taken in the daily transportation organization.It put forward that several measures such as adjusting locomotive and crew shift with inter-group and inter-section help based on the needs of transportation,improving the effective supply of locomotives by controlling locomotive overhaul and reserve ratio,reducing the assistant working time of locomotive attendants,improving the working plan of daily locomotives,organizing balanced transportation,strengthening centralized dispatching and unified command,and promoting information construction.
