摘  要:通过调研上海局集团公司管内各技术站拉风防护信号设置及使用现状,对比各站拉风防护在使用中存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出在安全性、便利性和规范性方面的系统需求特性,在现有规章基础上,分析铁路防护信号相关规范,对拉风防护信号的显示方式、含义等标准进行研究,对信号机设置规则进行比选,对防护信号可使用的色灯颜色进行系统论证,确定拉风防护信号设置标准,为局管内技术站制定统一的拉风作业信号防护标准提供依据。Through investigating the settings of protection signals for ventilation operation and their usage at various technical stations within the Shanghai Railway Group,and comparing the problems in their use across stations,the systematic demand characteristics were presented in safety,convenience,and standardization in view of the problems.Based on the existing rules and regulations,relevant regulations for railway protection signals were analyzed,the standards on display modes and meanings of ventilation signals studied,the annunciator setting rules selected,and the light color usable for ventilation signals systematically demonstrated,to determine the standards on the setting of protection signals for ventilation operation.This provides a basis for establishing unified standards on ventilation operation signal-based protection for technical stations within the Group.
