陕西米仓山自然保护区药用种子植物区系研究

摘　　要：为研究陕西米仓山自然保护区药用种子植物资源多样性,我们采取路线调查和重点区域样方调查相结合的方法,并通过查阅文献等,对保护区药用种子植物资源及其区系进行了研究。结果表明:(1)陕西米仓山自然保护区共有药用种子植物131科483属862种,优势科为菊科、蔷薇科、毛茛科、唇形科,共有188种,占该保护区总种数的21.8%;(2)优势属为铁线莲属,共11种;含有1个种的属最多,共310属,占该保护区总属数的64.2%;(3)保护区分布区类型在属级水平以温带分布为主,热带、亚热带分布次之,本区药用种子植物具有明显的温带性质。In order to study the diversity of medicinal seed plant resources in Micangshan Nature Reserve in Shaanxi Province,a combination of route survey and sampling survey in key areas was applied to systematically investigate the medicinal seed plants in the reserve.The results showed that:i)there were 131 families,483 genera and 862 species of medicinal seed plants in Micangshan Nature Reserve of Shaanxi,and the dominant families are Compositae,Rosaceae,Ranunculaceae,and Lamiaceae,with a total of 188 species,accounting for 21.8%of the total species in the reserve;ii)the dominant genus is Clematis,with a total of 11 species;the genus that contain only 1 species are most,with a total of 310,accounting for 64.2%of the total genus trees in the reserve;iii)the distribution type of the reserve is mainly temperate at the generic level,followed by tropical and subtropical distributions.The medicinal seed plants in this area have obvious temperate characteristics.
