摘　　要：继《狙击手》《满江红》之后,导演张艺谋携电影《第二十条》再度进军春节档。《第二十条》以《刑法》第二十条命名,将三个家庭面临的情、法、理的困境与遭遇进行交织叙事,阐释有关“正当防卫”的法治理念。张艺谋携剧组主创接受专访时表示,这部影片是自己创作生涯中为数不多的现实主义创作,探索能够与千家万户观众产生共鸣、独树一帜、生活流式的喜剧样式是该片重要的创作目标,电影亦成为回归平民视角的现实主义创作的“再出发”。After Sniper and Full River Red,director Zhang Yimou makes another appearance in the Spring Festival film season with his work Article 20.The film is titled under Article 20 of the Criminal Law,interweaving the dificulties and experiences faced by three families in terms of emotions,laws,and principles,and explaining the legal concept of"legitimate defense".Zhang Yimou,along with the main creators of the production team,stated in an interview that this film is one of the few realistic creations in his creative career.Exploring a unique and life stream comedy style that resonates with milions of viewers is an important goal of Article 20,and at the same time,it is a starting point for realistic creation that returns to acivilianperspective.
