摘 要:为分析风扇磨煤机打击轮的工作应力并找出危险位置,基于有限元分析软件Abaqus,建立打击轮有限元模型,并依据实际工况进行静强度分析。研究结果认为:打击轮的最大应力为391.9 MPa,位于前盘与外打击板相接触的凸台位置,已超出材料的屈服应力;打击轮的最大位移为0.976 mm,位于打击轮中心轴线位置。随着打击轮的不断磨损,危险部位的应力将会更大,应重点关注并定期进行检修和维护。To analyze the working stress of the fan coal mill pulverizing wheel and find the dangerous locations,a finite element model of the pulverizing wheel is built based on the finite element analysis software Abaqus,and its static strength is analyzed based on actual working conditions.The results show that the maximum stress of the pulverizing wheel is 391.9 MPa,and it located at the convex position where the front disc contacts the outer beater,which has exceeded the yield stress of the material;the maximum displacement is 0.976 mm,and it located at the center axis of the pulverizing wheel.With the continuous wear,the pulverizing wheel stress in dangerous areas will increase,and the special attention should be paid to regular maintenance and repair.
