摘  要:为对某型飞机副翼典型耳片接头进行强度校核,采用Johnson-Cook塑性本构模型开展有限元非线性破坏分析,计算接头破坏载荷及其破坏模式,并与试验结果进行对比验证。分析结果与试验结果相对误差在5%以内,破坏模式与试验完全一致,验证方法的准确性与有效性。To check the strength of the typical lug joints on ailerons of a certain type of aircraft,the finite element nonlinear failure analysis is carried out using Johnson-Cook plastic constitutive model.The failure load and failure mode of the joint are computed,and compared and verified with the test results.The relative error between the analysis results and the experimental results is within 5%,the failure mode is completely consistent with the test.The accuracy and effectiveness of the method is verified.
