摘 要:振动是影响干式铁芯电抗器运行状态的关键因素之一。在考虑铁芯夹件、垫块等结构件的影响下,采用有限元法实现了10 kV干式铁芯电抗器的3维瞬态电磁-结构多物理场仿真分析,研究了电抗器在磁致伸缩力、麦克斯韦力与洛伦兹力3者共同作用下的振动位移及速度分布特性。仿真结果表明,正常运行状态下,干式铁芯电抗器铁芯夹件的振动位移及速度显著大于其他部位,尤其是用于固定绕组的穿心螺杆。其次,结合干式铁芯电抗器模态仿真分析,获得了其模态特性及固有频率,并进一步分析了其振动机理。最后,采用多普勒激光测振仪测量了某10 kV干式铁芯电抗器的振动特性。试验结果表明,干式铁芯电抗器的振动频率以100 Hz及其倍频为主,其中300 Hz的振动响应最显著,其与其固有频率较接近,存在一定的共振风险。同时,试验结果与仿真结果一致性较好,验证了该文所述仿真分析方法的正确性和有效性。Vibration is one of the key factors affecting the running status of dry-type iron-core reactor.The influences of structural components such as clamping structure and supporting pads are taken into account,and the three-dimensional transient electromagnetic-structural multi-physics simulation of 10 kV dry-type iron-core reactor based on finite element method is realized in the paper.The vibration displacement and velocity distribution of reactor under the combined influ-ences of magnetostrictive force,Maxwell force and Lorentz force are studied.The simulation results show that,under normal operating conditions,the vibration displacement and speed of the clamping structure of the dry-type iron core re-actor are significantly greater than those of other parts,especially the core screws which are used to fix the windings.Then,combined with the modal simulation analysis of the dry-type core reactor,its modal characteristics and inherent frequencies are obtained in the paper,and its vibration mechanism is further analyzed.Finally,the vibration characteristics of a 10 kV dry-type iron-core reactor are measured with a Doppler laser vibration meter.The test results show that the vi-bration frequency of the dry-type iron-core reactor is mainly 100 Hz and its multiples,the vibration response at 300 Hz is the most significant,which is relatively close to its inherent frequency,and there is a risk of resonance.At the same time,the test results are in good agreement with the simulation results,which verifies the workability and validity of the simu-lation analysis method proposed in the paper.
