摘 要:电脑组合秤具备称量准确度高、称量速度快等优点,尤其适用于颗粒质量较大或颗粒质量不均匀的散状物料的定量包装称量。定量包装商品净含量计量准确与否关乎消费者的合法权益。目前常用的定量包装商品生产设备大多采用物料和控制衡器(间接比较法)进行计量校准,适用于重力式自动装料衡器[1],缺少电脑组合秤计量校准的方法。文章根据电脑组合秤的组合称重原理,研制一套模拟常用物料形状和质量的载荷,通过高准确度等级的砝码给模拟载荷精准赋值,可以实现电脑组合秤的静态标定和动态计量校准,提出了电脑组合秤的校准方法,可以减少计量过程中的不确定度。The computer combination scale has the advantages of high weighing accuracy and fast weighing speed,especially suitable for quantitative packaging weighing of bulk materials with large particle mass or uneven particle quality.The accuracy of the measurement of the net content of quantitative packaged goods is related to the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.At present,most of the commonly used quantitative packaging commodity production equipment adopts materials and control scales(indirect comparison method)for measurement calibration,which is suitable for gravimetric automatic loading scales[1],and lacks the method of computer combination scale measurement calibration.According to the combined weighing principle of computer combination scale,this paper develops a set of loads that simulate the shape and quality of common materials,accurately assigns the simulated load through high-accuracy weights,and can realize static calibration and dynamic measurement calibration of computer combination scales,and proposes a calibration method for computer combination scales,which can reduce the uncertainty in the measurement process.
