摘 要:空箱调运成本已成为班轮运输公司经营成本的重要组成部分。考虑到规模经济和船舶运力对空箱调运的影响,可折叠集装箱的使用是班轮运输公司降低运营成本的一种有效途径。结合可折叠集装箱的特点,本文研究了一类考虑空箱调运的班轮枢纽选址问题。在传统枢纽港选址模型的基础上,提出了几种综合考虑重箱和空箱的混合整数线性规划模型,探讨了空箱调运和可折叠集装箱的使用对枢纽港选址的影响。数值实验证明了所提模型的有效性。结果表明:可折叠集装箱的使用对枢纽港选址和喂给港分配产生了较大影响;在北欧,泽布吕赫会顶替安特卫普成为枢纽港,承担北欧大部分港口的空箱中转服务;在亚洲,中国香港由于较高的折叠展开作业成本,成为枢纽港的概率会略微下降。The cost of empty container repositioning has become an important component of the operating cost of liner shipping companies.Considering the impact of economies of scale and ship capacity on empty container repositioning,the use of foldable containers is an effective way for liner shipping companies to reduce operating costs.Combined with the characteristics of foldable containers,a class of liner shipping hub location problem with empty container repositioning was studied.Based on the conventional hub location models,several mixed integer linear programming models considering both laden and empty containers were proposed to discuss the influence of empty container repositioning and the use of foldable containers on hub port location.Numerical experiments proved the effectiveness of the proposed models.The results show that the use of foldable containers has a great impact on hub port location and feeder port allocation.In Northern Europe,Zeebrugge replaces Antwerp as a hub port,undertaking empty container transit services of most ports in the region.In Asia,the probability of Hong Kong,China to be a hub port is slightly reduced due to higher folding and unfolding operation cost.
