摘 要:针对某三甲医院产科特需门诊产检过程等待时间久的现状,提出了考虑多类患者的启发式预约调度策略。产检患者可能经过普通超声、大排畸超声和胎心监护等多个检查项目,根据其签约医生和孕周形成不同的就诊流程。考虑到问题的复杂性,将作业车间调度问题和预约调度问题相结合,以缩短患者等待时间为优化目标建立数学规划模型,设计了针对多就诊流程患者的遗传算法进行求解。基于数值实验提出了考虑多类患者的启发式预约调度策略,并设计仿真模型进行验证。结果表明,与应用传统预约策略相比,该策略可使患者平均等待时间降低78.26%。Patients at a special need clinic of obstetrics department usually wait a long time for their antenatal examinations.To improve this situation,a heuristic strategy for appointment scheduling considering multiple types of patients was proposed.Patients may undergo a variety of tests,such as ultrasounds,anomaly scans,and fetal heart monitoring.Additionally,depending on their contracted doctor and gestational week,different consultation processes were formed.Given the complexity of the problem,the job shop scheduling problem and the appointment scheduling problem were combined to formulate a mathematical planning model with the objective of reducing patient waiting times.A genetic algorithm was developed for patients with multiple processes.Then,a heuristic appointment scheduling strategy taking into account multiple types of patients was suggested based on numerical experiments.The heuristic was further compared with traditional appointment scheduling strategy by means of simulation,which resulted in a 78.26% reduction in average patient waiting time.
