摘 要:针对目前地质体内深部位移监测系统广泛使用的RS485总线等有线通信方式存在的线缆易老化、易拉断等问题,设计一种基于磁感应(magnetic induction,MI)和远距离无线电(long range radio,LoRa)的面向深部位移监测的无线数传节点。系统基于STM32低功耗控制器和AS3933磁感应唤醒接收芯片以及E22-400T22S通信模组,采用链式拓扑网络与星型拓扑网络组合方式,实现高稳定性、远距离、低功耗的透地通信链路,以解决深部位移监测中的数据传输问题。测试结果表明,该数传系统可实现无线透地通信(单一通信节点至少2.6 m),通信节点功耗低(电压3.6 V,休眠状态工作电流0.13 mA,正常工作状态20.50 mA,连续发射状态372.03 mA)。能够有效解决深部位移监测装置数据传输问题。For the problems that the cables in wired communication modes such as RS485 bus,which are widely used in the current deep displacement monitoring system in the geological body,are easy to age and break,a new design of the wireless data transmission system based of MI and LoRa for deep displacement is proposed.The node use STM32 low-power controller,MI-based AS3933 wake-up chip and E22-400T22S communication module with chain topology and star topology for networking design,constructs a transmission link with high-stability,long communication distance and low-power and solves the problem of data transmission in deep displacement monitoring.The test results show that the data transmission can well achieve through-the-earth communication at least 2.6m of single communication node),and the power consumption of communication node is low(under the power supply of DC 3.6 V,sleep current is 0.13mA,normal work current is 20.50mA,continuous transmitting current is 372.03mA).It can effectively solve the data transmission problem of deep displacement monitoring device.
