摘　　要：为提高各实验室塑料熔体体积流动速率的测定能力,开展了高流动性塑料熔体体积流动速率测定的能力验证计划。采用0.3σ准则对制备的能力验证样品进行了均匀性和稳定性检验,制备了均匀性、稳定性符合要求的能力验证样品。对各实验室测试结果进行稳健统计,计算了能力验证样品的指定值以及能力评定标准差,并通过Z值对各实验室测试结果进行评价。针对测试存在问题,进行了合理的技术分析,并提供了整改建议。In order to improve the ability of measuring the melt volume-flow rate(MVR)of plastics in laboratories,a proficiency testing of measuring melt volume-flow rate of high fluidity plastics was carried out.We prepared the proficiency test items,and examined the homogeneity and stability of proficiency test items by 0.3σcriterion.The results were analyzed by robust method:the assigned value and the standard deviation was calculated,and the Z score was used to evaluate the test results of each laboratory.We conducted a reasonable technical analysis and provided suggestions to solve problems during testing.
