摘　　要：利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液法定标准中采用HPLC法测定利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液中利奈唑胺的含量,耗时较长。为了缩短中间体检测时间,现拟采用UV法测定利奈唑胺葡萄糖注射液中间体利奈唑胺的含量,并对拟修订的分析方法进行验证,确认其在缩短检验时间的同时能否准确可靠地控制中间体中利奈唑胺的含量。The HPLC method is used to determine the content of linezolid in the legal standard of linezolid glucose injection,but it takes a long time.In order to shorten the detection time of the intermediate,it is now planned to use UV method to determine the content of the intermediate of linezolid glucose injection,linezolid.And validate the proposed revised analytical method to confirm whether it can accurately and reliably control the content of linezolid in the intermediate while shortening the testing time.
