摘  要:水污染已经成为全球性环境问题,其中制药废水因含有多种有毒有害的有机化合物而备受关注。本研究探讨了真空紫外/紫外(VUV/UV)工艺对制药废水中倍他米松的降解效果,并评价了其脱氟效率。结果表明,在反应2 min后VUV/UV工艺对倍他米松的降解率达到了99.1%,明显优于单独使用UV工艺。VUV/UV工艺通过产生羟基自由基对氟原子进行攻击,实现了对倍他米松的降解和脱氟。在碱性条件下,倍他米松的去除效果更好。由于存在其他有机物的干扰,实际废水对VUV/UV工艺降解倍他米松具有抑制作用,但是反应2 min后降解率仍达到了96.9%。因此,VUV/UV工艺有潜力应用于制药废水的处理。Water pollution has become a global environmental problem,among which pharmaceutical wastewater is of great concern because it contains a variety of toxic and harmful organic compounds.In this study,we investigated the degradation of betamethasone in pharmaceutical wastewater by the vacuum ultraviolet/ultraviolet(VUV/UV)process and evaluated its defluorination efficiency.The results showed that the degradation rate of betamethasone by the VUV/UV process reached 99.1%after 2 minutes of reaction,which was significantly better than that of the UV process alone.The degradation and defluorination of betamethasone by the VUV/UV process were realized by the generation of hydroxyl radicals to attack the fluorine atom.The removal of betamethasone was better under alkaline conditions.The actual wastewater inhibited the degradation of betamethasone by the VUV/UV process due to the interference of other organic substances,but a degradation rate of 96.9%was still achieved after 2 minutes of reaction.Therefore,the VUV/UV process has the potential to be applied to the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater.
