摘 要:提出一种基于压电智能骨料对梁柱节点损伤进行实时监测的方法。以柱轴压比为变量制作3个L形钢管混凝土柱-带楼板钢梁节点试件,将一对压电陶瓷传感器预埋入试件节点核心区,对试件柱顶进行水平低周往复试验。通过对比不同加载阶段传感器接收到的压电信号幅值,实现对节点核心区损伤的实时监测。为使损伤状态更精准与直观,最后在小波包分析法的基础上采用均方差法建立损伤指数,对其进行量化处理。结果表明,试验现象与监测结果相符,此方法能有效对L形钢管混凝土柱-带楼板钢梁节点试件进行较准确的实时监测。A real-time monitoring method for damage of beam column joints based on piezoelectric intelligent aggregate is proposed.Three L-shaped concrete-filled steel tube column-steel beam joint specimens were made with the axial compression ratio of the column as the variable.A pair of piezoelectric ceramic sensors were embedded in the core area of the specimen joint,and the horizontal low cycle reciprocating test was carried out on the top of the specimen.By comparing the amplitude of piezoelectric signals received by sensors at different loading stages,real-time monitoring of damage in the core area of nodes is realized.In order to make the damage state more accurate and intuitive,the mean square error method is used to establish the damage index on the basis of wavelet packet analysis and quantify it.The results show that the experimental phenomena are consistent with the monitoring results.This method can effectively monitor the L-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular column-steel beam joint specimens in real time.
