摘 要:基于新发展理念,从主体协同、经济效益、创新能力及绿色可持续4个维度构建沈阳市装配式建筑产业链高质量发展的指标体系。结合Entropy-TOPSIS法对沈阳市装配式建筑产业链高质量发展水平计算综合得分,运用障碍度模型计算各个指标的障碍度并识别障碍因子,基于分析结果提出实现产业链高质量发展的4条战略路径,以期为推动装配式建筑产业链高质量发展提供参考依据。Based on the new development concept,the index system of high-quality development of prefabricated building industry chain in Shenyang is constructed from four dimensions:subject coordination,economic benefit,innovation ability and green sustainability.The Entropy-TOPSIS method is used to calculate the comprehensive score of the high-quality development level of the prefabricated building industry chain in Shenyang,and the obstacle degree model is used to calculate the obstacle degree of each index and identify the obstacle factors.Based on the analysis results,four strategic paths to achieve high-quality development of the industrial chain are proposed in order to provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of the prefabricated building industry chain.
