精细化护理在脑血管造影术患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：探讨脑血管造影术后患者的护理中精细化护理的应用价值。选取2022年7月—2023年7月在南方医科大学附属广东省人民医院行脑血管造影术的190例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(n=90,实施常规护理)与研究组(n=100,实施精细化护理),比较两组患者疼痛及舒适度评分、并发症发生率、日常生活活动能力评分和护理满意度评分。结果显示,研究组疼痛评分较低,舒适度评分较高(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05);研究组日常生活活动能力评分较高(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分较高(P<0.05)。研究发现,在脑血管造影术后采取精细化护理可缓解患者的负面情绪,减轻患者疼痛感,降低并发症的发生风险,提高患者的舒适度与生活质量,患者满意度较高。Exploring the application value of refined nursing in the care of patients after cerebral angiography.190 patients who underwent cerebral angiography at Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital affiliated with Southern Medical University from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=90,receiving routine care)and a study group(n=100,receiving refined care)using a random number table method.The pain and comfort scores,incidence of complications,daily living activity scores,and nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the study group had lower pain scores and higher comfort scores(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the study group was relatively low(P<0.05);The daily living activity ability score of the research group was relatively high(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction score of the research group was relatively high(P<0.05).Research has found that adopting refined care after cerebral angiography can alleviate negative emotions,alleviate pain,reduce the risk of complications,improve patient comfort and quality of life,and increase patient satisfaction.
