针刺辅助保守治疗肋骨骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：评价针刺联合弹性胸围固定、口服药物保守治疗肋骨骨折的临床疗效。选择四川某骨科医院2022年7月—2023年7月收治的184例非手术治疗肋骨骨折患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组92例。对照组实施弹性胸围固定加口服玄胡伤痛片、制香片、双氯芬酸钠肠溶片治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合应用针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肋骨骨折活动量表评分及SF-36评分。结果显示,治疗后,治疗组VAS评分、活动量表评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05),生活质量评分升高(P<0.05)。研究发现,针刺治疗能显著改善肋骨骨折患者的疼痛程度、活动能力及生活质量,辅助治疗肋骨骨折安全有效。Evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with elastic chest circumference fixation and oral medication conservative treatment for rib fractures.184 patients with non surgical treatment of rib fractures admitted to a certain orthopedic hospital in Sichuan from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 92 cases in each group.The control group was treated with elastic chest circumference fixation and oral administration of Xuanhu Shangtong tablets,fragrant tablets,and diclofenac sodium enteric coated tablets,while the treatment group received combined acupuncture treatment on this basis.Compare the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),rib fracture activity scale score,and SF-36 score between two groups before and after treatment.The results showed that after treatment,the VAS score and activity scale score in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the quality of life score increased(P<0.05).Research has found that acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the pain level,mobility,and quality of life of patients with rib fractures,and auxiliary treatment for rib fractures is safe and effective.
