改进痰培养标本采集方法对细菌学检验质量的影响分析

摘　　要：研究改进痰培养标本采集方法对细菌学检验质量的影响。择取在烟台市奇山医院就诊的74例慢性支气管炎患者,检验时间段为2022年4月—2023年4月,通过抽签法将患者均分为对照组和观察组,对照组37例通过常规自然咳痰获得痰液标本,观察组37例应用改进后的痰培养标本采集方法,将两组的相关指标情况进行比较。结果显示,观察组的标本采集时间为(1.63±0.37)min、检验操作时间为(13.42±2.70)min,显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的痰液标本质量合格率(94.59%)、痰培养标本阳性检出率(89.19%)、满意度(97.30%)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,改进痰培养标本采集方法能够提升细菌学检验效率以及检验质量。To study the impact of improving sputum culture specimen collection methods on the quality of bacteriological testing.74 patients with chronic bronchitis who were treated at Yantai Qishan Hospital were selected for testing from April 2022 to April 2023.The patients were evenly divided into two groups by drawing lots.The control group consisted of 37 patients who obtained sputum samples through routine natural coughing,while the observation group consisted of 37 patients who used an improved sputum culture specimen collection method.Compare the relevant indicators of the two groups.The results showed that the specimen collection time of the observation group was(1.63±0.37)minutes,and the test operation time was(13.42±2.70)minutes,which was significantly shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The qualified rate of sputum specimen quality(94.59%),positive detection rate of sputum culture specimen(89.19%),and satisfaction rate(97.30%)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that improving the collection method of sputum culture specimens can enhance the efficiency and quality of bacteriological testing.
