迈之灵片联合加味止痛如神汤治疗混合痔术后肛缘水肿的疗效分析

摘　　要：分析迈之灵片联合加味止痛如神汤的应用价值。选取2020年8月—2022年8月收治的560例混合痔术后肛缘水肿患者为研究对象,利用随机抽样法对其分为对照组和观察组,每组280例。对照组采取高锰酸钾坐浴治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加入口服迈之灵片和加味止痛如神汤。比较两组疗效、不良反应差异,并比较两组术后不同时间切口疼痛评分、创面缩小率、生活质量评分、炎症指标的差异。结果表明:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生;观察组术后1天、3天、7天、9天的切口疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1天、3天、7天、9天的创面缩小率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后天的白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,迈之灵片与加味止痛如神汤的联合应用,有助于改善混合痔术后肛缘水肿程度,减轻切口疼痛感,加速创面愈合,且安全性高,可推广使用。Analyze the application value of Maizhiling tablets combined with modified pain relieving soup.560 patients with postoperative anal edema of mixed hemorrhoids treated from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into groups,with 280 cases in each group.The control group received potassium permanganate sitz bath treatment,while the observation group added oral Maizhiling tablets and modified pain relieving soup to the control group.Compare the differences in efficacy and adverse reactions between two groups,and compare the differences in incision pain score,wound reduction rate,quality of life score,and inflammatory indicators between the two groups at different postoperative times.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of both groups;The incision pain scores of the observation group on the 1st,3rd,7th,and 9th day after surgery were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The wound reduction rate of the observation group on the 1st,3rd,7th,and 9th day after surgery was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Observation of postoperative levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor in the observation groupαAll were lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the combined use of Maizhiling tablets and modified pain relieving soup can help improve the degree of anal edge edema after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,reduce incision pain,accelerate wound healing,and have high safety,which can be promoted for use.
