个体化护理干预在幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：研究个体化护理干预在幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎中的应用效果。随机挑选中国贵航集团三〇二医院2022年3月—2023年6月收治的70例幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者,将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组使用基础护理干预,观察组使用个体化护理干预,对两组患者生活质量、护理满意率、幽门螺杆菌根除率、心理状态进行观察。结果显示,观察组患者生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者幽门螺杆菌根治率为97.14%,高于对照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者心理状态评分比较无显著差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者心理状态优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者应用个体化护理干预可以有效改善患者生活质量、心理状态,提升幽门螺杆菌根除率和护理满意率,值得临床推广。Study the application effect of personalized nursing intervention in Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis.Randomly select 70 patients with Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis admitted to Hospital 302 Attached to Guizhou Aviation Group from March 2022 to June 2023,and divide them into a control group and an observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received basic nursing intervention,while the observation group received individualized nursing intervention.The quality of life,nursing satisfaction rate,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,and psychological status of the two groups of patients were observed.The results showed that the quality of life of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori in the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no significant difference in psychological status scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After nursing,the psychological state of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that personalized nursing interventions for patients with Helicobacter pylori positive chronic gastritis can effectively improve their quality of life and psychological state,increase the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori infection and nursing satisfaction rate,and are worthy of clinical promotion.
