摘 要:转炉在无副枪和烟气分析辅助条件下,以基于炉渣电子热力学函数理论的智能冶金模型系统为基础,通过冶炼方案构建、问题分析研究和优化,实现了80 t转炉自动化炼钢。与自动炼钢投用前比,转炉出钢一次倒炉命中率提高6.5百分点、转炉冶炼周期缩短了0.2 min、钢铁料消耗降低5 kg/t、辅料消耗降低2.89 kg/t,转炉技术经济指标明显改善。Based on the intelligent metallurgical model system with slag electronic thermodynamic function theory as the core,under the conditions of without sublance and off-gas analysis in the converter,automated steelmaking of an 80 t converter has been achieved through smelting scheme construction,problem analysis and optimization.Compared with before the automatic steelmaking system was put into use,the hit rate of converter steelmaking at first turning down increased by 6.5 percentage points,the smelting cycle of converter was shortened by 0.2 min,and the steel material consumption was 5 kg/t lower than that of manual steelmaking during the same period.The auxiliary material consumption reduced by 2.89 kg/t,and the technical and economic indicators of converter were significantly improved.
