摘 要:Mg作为第三代氧化物冶金技术的关键脱氧剂有助于提升高强度低合金钢(HSLA)的组织韧性。利用夹杂物自动分析系统、金相显微镜、焊接热模拟试验机等研究了Mg脱氧对HSLA钢粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)夹杂物、组织以及低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,在200 kJ/cm的大线能量焊接条件下,Mg脱氧钢CGHAZ中生成了大量Mg-Ti-Mn-S夹杂物,由于这种类型的夹杂物可以促进针状铁素体(IAF)组织的形成,所以在200 kJ/cm大线能量焊接后,Mg脱氧钢CGHAZ低温冲击韧性优异,-20℃冲击功为204 J,断裂方式为韧性断裂。本研究成果可为提高大线能量焊接厚板钢组织性能提供理论与试验依据。As the essential oxidizer of the third generation oxide metallurgy technology,Mg is helpful to improve the microstructure and toughness in coarse-grain heat affected zone(CGHAZ)of high strength low alloy steel(HSLA).The characteristic analyses of the inclusions,microstructure,and impact toughness in CGHAZ of HSLA steel of industrial experiment with Mg deoxidation were conducted by using inclusion automatic analysis system,optical microscope and welding simulator.The results showed that under the welding with high heat input of 200 kJ/cm,a large amount of Mg-Ti-Mn-S inclusions are generated in the CGHAZ of Mg deoxidized steel.Due to this type of inclusion promoting the formation of intragranular acicular ferrite(IAF),after the welding with high heat input of 200 kJ/cm,the CGHAZ of Mg deoxidized steel exhibits excellent low-temperature impact toughness,with an impact energy of 204 J at-20℃,and the ductile fracture.The results of this study can provide theoretical and experimental basis for improving the microstructure and properties of steel plate for high heat input welding.
