摘  要:为了确定合适的施工温度控制参数,使用ANSYS数值分析方法,研究不同参数下某重力坝底板混凝土内部温度场及应力变化情况。数值模拟结果表明,采用冷水管可降低混凝土内部温度,间距越小,降温效果越明显。但间距过小,可导致混凝土内外温差较大,在表面形成较大的拉应力,导致混凝土表面出现裂缝,影响施工质量。经综合考虑,采用1m间距较为适宜。In order to determine appropriate construction temperature control parameters,ANSYS numerical analysis method was used to study the internal temperature field and stress changes of a gravity dam bottom slab concrete under different parameters.The numerical simulation results show that using cold water pipes can reduce the internal temperature of concrete,and the smaller the spacing,the more obvious the cooling effect.However,if the spacing is too small,it can lead to a large temperature difference between the inside and outside of the concrete,forming a large tensile stress on the surface,causing cracks on the concrete surface and affecting the construction quality.Taking into account,a spacing of 1m is more suitable.
