摘　　要：实现全体人民共同富裕是中国式现代化的本质要求,分配制度是促进共同富裕的基础性制度。18世纪下半叶到19世纪上半叶英国通过工业革命开启了现代化征程,古典经济学家大卫·李嘉图和约翰·穆勒基于英国现代化的不同阶段分别提出了各自的分配理论。中国式现代化具有各国现代化的共同特征与自己的中国特色。一方面,处于新发展阶段的中国式现代化同时具有英国在李嘉图时期的发展特征和穆勒时期的分配特征,需要兼顾经济发展和收入分配;另一方面,我国应立足于中国式现代化的中国特色,在分配制度的改革探索中不断推动实践创新。Achieving common prosperity for all is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization,and the distribution system is the basic system for promoting common prosperity.In the second half of the 18th century and the first half of the 19th century,Britain began its modernization journey through the Industrial Revolu-tion,and the classical economists David Ricardo and John Mill proposed their own distribution theories based on the different stages of British modernization.Chinese modernization contains the common characteristics of modernization of all countries and its own Chinese context.On the one hand,Chinese modernization in a new stage of development contains both the development characteristics of Britain in the Ricardian period and the distribution characteristics of the Mill period,and it is necessary to take into account economic development and income distribution.On the other hand,China should base itself on the Chinese context of Chinese mod-ernization and continuously promote practical innovation in the reform and exploration of the distribution sys-tem.
