全自动生化仪联合心脏彩超对糖尿病伴高尿酸血症的心脏功能受损评估及预后

摘　　要：目的:探究分析全自动生化仪联合心脏彩超对糖尿病伴高尿酸血症的心脏功能受损评估及预后。方法:选取2021年1月~2022年10月医院收治的糖尿病伴高尿酸血症患者50例、单纯2型糖尿病患者50例、单纯高尿酸血症患者50例、健康体检正常人50例为研究对象,设为疾病合并组、糖尿病组、高尿酸血症组、健康体检组,四组均提供完整的临床资料,均在知晓检查项目的情况下完成全自动生化仪检测与心脏彩超检测,汇总四组患者的相关信息资料、检查结果,并进行统计分析。结果:疾病合并组的LDL-C、TG、SCr、BUN、UA高于糖尿病组、高尿酸血症组、健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病合并组与糖尿病组的FPG、HbA1c比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疾病合并组、糖尿病组、高尿酸血症组、健康体检组的HDL-C、ALT、AST比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疾病合并组、糖尿病组、高尿酸血症组的TC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);高尿酸血症组的FPG、HbA1c、LDL-C、TG、TC、SCr、BUN、UA高于健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高尿酸血症组的TG、UA高于糖尿病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);健康体检组的FPG、HbA1c、LDL-C、TG、TC、SCr、BUN、UA低于疾病合并组、糖尿病组、高尿酸血症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疾病合并组的IVST、PWTD、LVM、LVMI、RWT高于糖尿病组、高尿酸血症组、健康体检组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疾病合并组的LVEF、LVEDD与糖尿病组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);糖尿病组的IVST、LVEDD、PWTD、LVM、LVMI、RWT与高尿酸血症组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);健康体检组的IVST、LVEF、LVEDD、PWTD、LVM、LVMI、RWT均低于疾病合并组、糖尿病组、高尿酸血症组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疾病合并组的全自动生化仪指标阳性检出率、心脏彩超阳性检出率、全自动生化仪指标+心脏彩超阳性Objective:To explore and analyze the evaluation and prognosis of cardiac function impairment in diabetes patients with hyperuricemia by automatic biochemical analyzer combined with cardiac color ultrasound.Methods:50 patients with diabetes accompanied by hyperuricemia,50 patients with simple type 2 diabetes,50 patients with simple hyperuricemia,and 50 healthy people admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into disease combination group,diabetes group,hyperuricemia group,and health examination group.All four groups provided complete clinical data,All patients completed automatic biochemical instrument testing and cardiac ultrasound testing with knowledge of the examination items,summarized relevant information and examination results of four groups of patients,and conducted statistical analysis.Results:The LDL-C,TG,SCR,BUN,UA in the disease combination group were significantly higher than those in the diabetes group,hyperuricemia group,and health examination group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in FPG and HbA1c between the disease complicated group and the diabetes group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in HDL-C,ALT and AST among disease combination group,diabetes group,hyperuricemia group and health examination group(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in TC among the disease combination group,diabetes group and hyperuricemia group(P>0.05);The FPG,HbA1c,LDL-C,TG,TC,SCr,BUN,and UA of the hyperuricemia group were higher than those of the healthy physical examination group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);TG and UA in hyperuricemia group were significantly higher than those in diabetes group(P<0.05);FPG,HbA1c,LDL-C,TG,TC,SCR,BUN,UA in the health examination group were lower than those in the disease combination group,diabetes group,and hyperuricemia group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).IVST,PWTD,LVM,LVMI,RWT in the disease combination group were significantly highe
