摘　　要：目的:建立血液透析液中乳酸根的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:phenomenex Rezex ROA-Organic Acid(300mm×7.8mm,8μm);流动相:0.015mol/L硫酸溶液;检测波长:220nm。结果:在0.18~0.72mg/mL范围内,质量浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r^(2)=1),平均回收率为100.4%,RSD=0.46%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于血液透析液中乳酸根的含量控制。Objective:To establish a method for the content determination of lactic acid in the haemodialysis.Methods:HPLC analysis was carried out with phenomenex Rezex ROA-Organic Acid(300mm×7.8mm,8μm)and 0.015mol/L sulfuric acid solution as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 220nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of lactic acid and the areas in the range of 0.18-0.72mg/mL(r^(2)=1).The average recovery was 100.4%with RSD=0.46%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and reproducible.It can be used as the quality control for lactic acid in the haemodialysis.
