摘　　要：目的:评估尿管球囊和前列腺素E2(PGE2)阴道栓剂在足月妊娠引产中的效果。方法:筛选2021年3月~2022年2月在本院待产的668例孕妇,将469例经尿管球囊进行引产者设为尿管球囊组,将199例经前列腺素E2阴道栓剂进行引产者设为PGE2组,分析两组引产情况。结果:两组分娩方式、引产到分娩时间、剖宫产及阴道助产指征组间比较,差异无显著性意义,P>0.05;尿管球囊组缩宫素使用率高于PGE2组,差异有显著性意义,P<0.05;两组各项并发症结局、总满意度组间对比,及两组复合结局率对比差异均无显著性意义,P>0.05。结论:在足月妊娠引产中,尿管球囊以及前列腺素E2阴道栓剂存在各自的优势和劣势,需根据实际情况进行选择。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of urethral catheters and prostaglandin E2 vaginal suppositories in induced labor during term pregnancy.Methods:668 pregnant women who were waiting for delivery in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected.469 cases of induced labor through urethral catheterization were assigned to the urethral catheterization group,and 199 cases of induced labor through prostaglandin E2 vaginal suppositories were assigned to the PGE2 group.The induction status of the two groups was analyzed.Results:There was a comparison between the two groups in terms of delivery method,induction to delivery time,cesarean section,and indications for vaginal delivery,P>0.05;The usage rate of oxytocin in the catheter balloon group was higher than that in the PGE2 group,P<0.05;Comparison between the two groups in terms of various complications and overall satisfaction,P>0.05;Comparison of composite outcome rates between the two groups,P>0.05.Conclusion:During induction of labor during term pregnancy,there are advantages and disadvantages to the use of urethral catheters and prostaglandin E2 vaginal suppositories,which should be selected based on the actual situation.
