PDCA循环管理模式在消毒供应室医疗器械消毒中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:在消毒供应室医疗器械消毒之中应用PDCA循环管理模式,对其中的应用效果进行观察。方法:选择2021年1月~2022年3月福建医科大学附属协和医院在用手术器械120件为研究对象,分为观察组与对照组各60件器械,分别实施不同的管理方法,即PDCA循环管理模式与常规管理模式,对比不同管理方法的应用效果,统计对比两组器械的合格率、管理质量、科室总满意度。结果:经过管理干预后,观察组手术器械的消毒液浓度控制、器械清洗、器械灭菌、器械包装的合格率为96.67%、95.00%、96.67%、98.33%,医疗器械管理、环境管理、清洗及消毒、包装质量评分分别为(97.55±1.32)分、(95.34±1.12)分、(97.15±1.34)分、(96.88±1.23)分,科室总满意度为93.33%,各项指标均优于对照组,组间对比P均<0.05。结论:给予消毒供应室应用PDCA循环管理模式,可以提升管理效果、管理质量以及科室的管理满意度,也就有利于提升患者的治疗效果和预后水平。Objective:To observe the application effect of PDCA cycle management mode in disinfection supply room.Methods:A total of 120 surgical instruments from the Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects,divided into observation group and control group with 60 instruments each,and each was given different management methods,namely PDCA cycle management mode and conventional management mode.The application effects of different management methods were compared.The qualified rate,management quality and total department satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results:After management intervention,the qualified rates of disinfectant concentration control,instrument cleaning,instrument sterilization and instrument packaging of surgical instruments in the observation group were 96.67%,95.00%,96.67%and 98.33%.The scores of medical device management,environmental management,cleaning and disinfection,packaging quality were(97.55±1.32)points,(95.34±1.12)points,(97.15±1.34)points,(96.88±1.23)points,respectively.The overall satisfaction rate of the department was 93.33%,and all indicators were better than the control group,with P<0.05 for inter group comparisons.Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management mode in disinfection supply room can improve the management effect,management quality and management satisfaction of the department,which is conducive to improving the treatment effect and prognosis level of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
