摘 要:目的:研究针对麻醉机呼吸回路两种消毒方式对病原菌消毒前后效果的比较分析,为合理选择麻醉机日常消毒方案提供依据。方法:针对19台麻醉机分别采用季铵盐消毒卫生湿巾表面擦拭消毒和麻醉呼吸回路消毒机消毒,对麻醉机呼吸回路吸气口端、呼气口端、流量传感器、钠石灰罐进口端4个部位的消毒前和消毒后进行采样,同时对麻醉机工作环境进行空气对照采样,最后进行细菌培养检测。结果:麻醉机消毒前的回路污染率为39.47%,消毒后未检出细菌,说明消毒前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);污染部位以呼气口端和钠石灰罐入口端为主,细菌检测共培养出22株病原菌,均为医院日常呼吸道常见病原菌。结论:麻醉机呼吸回路盒的消毒是很有必要的,两种消毒方式都是有效的,各有优缺点,消毒湿巾消毒操作简单,时效性好,即消即用;麻醉呼吸回路消毒机消毒更彻底,可以实现整个内部腔体的充分杀菌,但是消毒时间过长。消毒方式的可行性和可操作性是保证临床使用的重要因素,两种消毒方式可根据实际情况结合使用。Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of two disinfection methods on the respiratory circuit of anesthesia machine before and after disinfection of pathogenic bacteria,so as to provide a basis for reasonable selection of daily disinfection plan of anesthesia machine.Methods:Respectively using quaternary ammonium salt disinfection sanitary wipes surface wipe disinfection and anesthesia respiratory circuit disinfection machine disinfection,samples were collected before and after disinfection at the inspiratory end,expiratory end,flow sensor and soda-lime tank inlet end of the breathing circuit of the anesthesia machine.At the same time,air control sampling was carried out in the working environment of the anesthesia machine.Finally,the bacterial culture was tested.Results:The circuit contamination rate of anesthesia machine before disinfection was 39.47%.No bacteria were detected after disinfection.It indicated that the difference between before and after disinfection was statistically significant(P<0.05).The most contaminated sites are the expiratory end and the inlet end of the soda lime tank.Bacterial detection of co-culture pathogen 22 strains,all of which were common respiratory tract pathogens in hospitals.Conclusion:It is necessary to sterilize the breathing circuit of the anesthesia machine.Both types of disinfection are effective,disinfection wipes have simple disinfection operation and good timeliness,that is,they can be used immediately.Anesthesia respiratory circuit disinfection machine disinfection and sterilization is more thorough,can realize the full sterilization of the entire internal cavity,but the time is too long.The feasibility and operability of disinfection method are important factors to ensure clinical use.The two disinfection methods can be combined according to the actual situation.
