摘  要:为解决聚晶金刚石复合片钻头(Polycrystalline Diamond Compact,PDC)表面泥包问题,设计一种氧化铝基织构化涂层。通过接触角试验,了解激光工艺参数对氧化铝基网状织构化涂层表面润湿性能的影响,结合接触角理论分析液滴在织构涂层表面的浸润状态,并借助室内动态防黏附性能评价试验检验泥浆液环境下织构化涂层表面防泥浆黏附效果。结果表明:织构化表面液滴处于复合润湿状态,处于Cassie-Baxter接触状态的液滴呈现出向Wenzel接触状态过渡的趋势;织构化AT13涂层的表面黏附量相较于基材减少9.7%。In order to solve the problem of mud coating on the bit surface of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact(PDC),an alumina based textured coating was designed.Through the contact angle test,the influence of laser process parameters on the wettability of the surface of the alumina-based reticulated textured coating was studied.The wetting state of droplets on the surface of the textured coating was analyzed based on the contact angle theory,and the anti-mud adhesion effect of the textured coating surface was tested by the indoor dynamic anti-adhesion evaluation test.The results show that the droplet on the textured surface is in the compound wetting state,and the droplet in the Cassie-Baxter contact state tends to transition to the Wenzel contact state.The surface adhesion of the textured AT13 coating is reduced by 29.7%compared with that of the substrate.
