摘　　要：本文以甘肃省为研究对象,从农村生活水平、居住条件、基础设施、医疗卫生服务以及农村经济发展五个方面,选取契合甘肃省农村人居环境整治的指标构建了农村人居环境评价指标体系,运用熵权TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型对甘肃省2006-2020年农村人居环境整治效果进行实证分析。研究结果表明,2006-2020年甘肃省农村人居环境水平总体呈现上升的趋势,优化程度属于中等水平及以上,各一级指标整体上也表现出上升趋势。对甘肃省农村人居环境起阻碍作用的障碍因子涉及指标体系的五个面,影响其水平的因素存在多元性和复杂性。因此甘肃省需稳步有序推进农村人居环境整治,加快乡村建设行动、促进乡村发展质量和资源环境承受能力及乡村品质全面提升,人居环境更加美好。Taking Gansu Province as the research object,this paper selects the indicators suitable for the renovation of rural human settlements in Gansu Province from the five aspects of rural living standards,living conditions,infrastructure,medical and health services and rural economic development,and constructs the evaluation index system of rural human settlements.It uses Entropy TOPSIS Model and obstacle model to empirically analyze the renovation effect of rural human settlements in Gansu Province from 2006 to 2020.The results show that from 2006 to 2020,the level of rural human settlements in Gansu Province generally shows an upward trend,and the degree of optimization belongs to the medium level or above.The indicators at all levels also showed an upward trend on the whole.The obstacle factors that hinder the rural residential environment in Gansu Province involve five aspects of the index system,and the factors that affect its level are diverse and complex.Therefore,Gansu Province needs to steadily and orderly promote the renovation of rural human settlements,speed up rural construction,promote the quality of rural development,the affordability of resources and environment,and the overall improvement of rural quality,so as to make the human settlements more beautiful.
