摘 要:开展了不同光照周期对加州鲈幼鱼摄食和生长的影响试验。设置6个试验组,光照处理时间分别为0,4,8,12,16、24h,1个对照组,为自然光照。结果表明,各试验组摄食率、全长、生长速度、体质量,随着试验时间的增加,呈现上升趋势。其中增长最快的是全光照组。体质量、全长的绝对生长率,随试验天数增加,呈现不同程度的变化趋势。指出,加州鲈各试验组的摄食率,随着光照周期的延长,呈现出上升趋势,可能与光照节律有关;全长和体质量的生长速度,随光照周期的延长,呈现上升趋势,并在全光照条件下最大,可能与养殖品种有关;随光照周期的改变,各试验组表现出不同的生长特征,可能与其种类、生态类型、生活习性和行为特征有关。Experiments on the effects of different light cycles on the feeding and growth of juvenile California bass Micropterus salmoides were conducted.6 experimental groups and 1 control group were set up,with light treatment times of 0,4,8,12,16,24 hours and natural light,respectively.The results showed that the feeding rate,total length,growth rate and body weight of each experimental group showed an upward trend with the increasing of experimental time.The fastest growing group among them is the all light group.The absolute growth rate of body weight and total length showed varying degrees with the experimental days.The feeding rates of various experimental groups showed an upward trend with the extension of the light cycle,which may be concerned with the light rhythm.The growth rate of total length and body weight shows an upward trend with the extension of the light cycle,and reached its maximum under full light conditions,which may be related to the breeding va riety.As the light cycle changes,it exhibited different growth characteristics,which may be associated with fish species,ecological type,lifestyle and behavioral characteristics.
