青蒿类药物对体外糠秕马拉色菌的抑菌作用

摘  要:目的探索青蒿提取物、青蒿琥酯及蒿甲醚对糠秕马拉色菌是否有体外抑菌作用。方法用琼脂平板扩散法(打孔法)、微量液基稀释法分别测定青蒿提取物、青蒿琥酯及蒿甲醚对体外糠秕马拉色菌的抑制作用。结果青蒿提取物、青蒿琥酯及蒿甲醚对糠秕马拉色菌均有不同程度的体外抑制作用,其抑菌效果与药物浓度呈正相关。青蒿提取物的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值为10.00 mg/mL,青蒿琥酯的MIC值为0.63 mg/mL,蒿甲醚的MIC值为0.63 mg/mL。结论青蒿提取物、青蒿琥酯及蒿甲醚均对糠秕马拉色菌有良好抑菌作用,该研究为青蒿类药物治疗糠秕马拉色菌感染性皮肤病提供了实验依据。Objective To explore bacteriostastic effect of artemisinin extract,artesunate,and artemether on Malassezia furfur in vitro.Methods The inhibitory effect of artemisia annua extract,artesunate,and artemether on Malassezia furfur in vitro were measured using agar plate diffusion method(drilling method)and micro liquid dilution method,respectively.Results Artemisia annua extract,artesunate,and artemether all had varying degrees of in vitro inhibitory effects on Malassezia furfur,and their bacteriostastic effect was positively correlated with drug concentration.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)value of Artemisia annua extract was 10 mg/mL,the MIC value of artesunate was 0.63 mg/mL,and the MIC value of artemether was 0.63 mg/mL.Conclusion Artemisia annua extract,artesunate,and artemether all have good bacteriostastic effect on Malassezia furfur.This study provides experimental basis for artemisia annua drugs to treat Malassezia furfur infected skin diseases.
