关于路桥跨越敏感水体时事故应急池的设置探讨

摘　　要：危化品运输车在跨越敏感水体路桥上行驶时,若发生交通事故将会导致附近水体污染,所以需要设置事故应急池。但现行跨越敏感水体的事故应急池设置既无明确规范,容积计算又存在分歧。因此,为明确其设置要求和计算方法,通过分析事故应急池容积的影响因素,总结了其计算方法;明确提出了路桥跨越敏感水体且有危化品运输事故风险时,应设置事故应急池;最后对事故应急池全过程管理和预警等方面问题,给出了相应的策略和建议。When a hazardous chemical transport vehicle crosses roads and bridges with sensitive water bodies,the occuring of a traffic accident will cause pollution of nearby water bodies,so an accidents emergency pool is needed.But there is no clear specification for the setting of accidents emergency pools for accidents,and there are differences in volume calculation.Therefore,in order to clarify the setting requirements and calculation methods,the calculation methods is summarized by analyzing the influencing factors of the accidents emergency pool volume;It is clearly stated that an accidents emergency pool must be set up when roads&bridges cross sensitive water bodies and there is a risk of hazardous chemical transportation accidents;Finally,the corresponding strategies and suggestions are provided for the entire process management and early pre-warning of the accidents emergency pool.
