社会网络重构视角下旅游驱动村民参与乡村治理的路径研究

摘　　要：随着旅游业的快速发展和乡村振兴战略的推进,探讨旅游发展与乡村振兴的关系问题日益受到关注。让村民有序参与治理是新时代乡村振兴的重要课题。乡村旅游可以打破乡村封闭性,重构乡村社会,而村民的观念和行为受到其社会网络的深刻塑造,因此,社会网络重构视角下旅游如何驱动村民参与治理值得深入研究。论文基于社会嵌入理论,通过两个递进的研究探讨“发展乡村旅游—重构乡村社会网络—促进村民参与乡村治理”的路径是否成立,以及其中的作用机制。研究发现:(1)发展旅游能够提升乡村亲缘—地缘—业缘网络的规模、异质性及村民的网络位置,增强网络中村民的交流频率、信任强度,促进信息共享,从结构和关系两个维度重构乡村社会网络,进而,社会网络从信息获取、集体监督、榜样引导、共同体意识4个渠道影响村民的乡村治理参与水平;(2)参与旅游经营村民的乡村治理参与水平受业缘网络和地缘网络的促进效应较强,未参与旅游经营村民的乡村治理参与水平受地缘网络和亲缘网络的影响较强;(3)村民参与乡村治理活动的类型呈现出“文化建设参与>环境保护参与>政治建设参与>经济建设参与>社会服务参与”的特点。With the rapid development of tourism and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,the relationship between tourism development and the realization of rural revitalization has received increasing attention.Encouraging rural residents to participate in governance in an orderly manner is an important issue for rural revitalization in the new era.Rural tourism can break spatial isolation and reconstruct the rural society,while rural residents' concepts and behaviors are profoundly shaped by their social networks.Therefore how tourism drives residents' participation in rural governance from the perspective of social network reconstruction deserves in-depth study.Based on the social embeddedness theory,this study explored whether the path of "developing rural tourism-restructuring rural social network-promoting residents' participation in rural governance" is valid and its mechanism through two progressive studies.The study found that:1) The development of tourism can enhance the scale and heterogeneity of the rural kinship-geographic-industrial network and the network position of rural residents,increase the communication frequency and trust intensity of residents in the network,promote information sharing,and reconstruct the rural social network from the dimensions of structure and relationship.Social network affects residents' level of participation in rural governance from the four channels of information acquisition,collective supervision,role model guidance,and community consciousness.2) The rural governance participation level of residents who participate in tourism operation is strongly promoted by industrial and geographic networks,and the rural governance participation level of residents who do not participate in tourism operation is strongly influenced by geographic and kinship networks.3) Resident participation in rural governance activities are characterized by participation in cultural issues > participation in environmental protection > participation in political issues > participation in
