摘  要:在根据地开展基层政权建设、乡村文化改造与认同建构的历史语境下,教育与宣传相辅相成,冬学宣教在中共的基层宣传动员体系中扮演重要角色。论文聚焦于华北抗日根据地的冬学运动,尝试从媒介形态、传播网络、场景、内容方面,阐释其作为一种构造革命心灵的基层传播新形态的基本特征。冬学激活了报纸、黑板报、读报组等乡村媒介,通过对教员、小学生、积极分子等新的乡村知识传播者的发掘和串联,重塑乡村文化权力网络,以集体阅报、生产学习小组等组织化形式,塑造了意义共享的传播情境,搭建起组织与民众之间的持续联系,培养基层民众过“团体生活”的习惯。冬学运动可视为党传播政治文化,以宣教方式构筑“无所不知”、“无处不在”的集体生活气候以改造民众意识的典型实践。In revolutionary base areas,education and propaganda complement each other,and the winter study campaign played an important role in the Communist Party of China's grassroots propaganda system.We focus on the winter study campaign in anti-Japanese base areas of northern China.We attempt to explain its basic characteristics as a new form of grassroots communication that constructs the revolutionary mind.Such an explanation has aspects of media form,communication network,scene,and content.Through the exploration and collaboration of new rural knowledge disseminators such as teachers,primary school students,and activists,the winter study campaign reshaped the cultural power network in the countryside.It shaped the communication situation of meaning sharing in the form of collective newspaper reading,production study groups,and other organizational forms.It built a continuous connection between the organization and the people,and cultivated the habit of“group life”for people at the primary level.The winter study campaign can be regarded as a typical practice by the Party to spread political culture and build a collective living climate of“omniscience”and“ubiquity”in the form of propaganda and education to transform the consciousness of the people.
