中国minzu(民族)话语的生成、实践与建构

摘　　要：minzu是“民族”的拼音表达,而作为一种中国特色的民族领域对外话语,其生成经历了从“民族部族之辩”到“民族族群之争”再到“民族国家民族之论”的过程。当前,minzu话语主要见于国内民族领域和地名翻译的相关使用中,以及国外的中国民族研究和民族院校名翻译的相关使用中。实践范围虽然比较集中,但minzu话语为创新中国特色社会主义民族理论与政策的对外宣传提供了可能。立足新时代,可以将minzu话语作为坚定民族领域对外话语自信的新符号以实现价值重塑,作为讲好中华民族共同体故事的新策略以实现范式再造,从而推动相关研究走向“民族共同体之释”与Zhonghua minzu(中华民族)译法确立的新阶段。Minzu is a phonetic expression of“nation”in Chinese,and as a kind of discourse for external publicity in the field of Minzu with Chinese characteristics,its generation has gone through the process from the distinction between Minzu and tribes,to the debate on Minzu Vs.ethnic groups,and to the theory that equates Minzu with nation-state.At present,its domestic practice is mainly seen in the Minzu field and the related use of place name translation,while its foreign practice is mainly found in the relevant use of Chinese Minzu studies and the name translation of Minzu colleges and universities.Although its scope of practice is relatively concentrated,Minzu discourse provides a possibility for the external publicity of innovative Minzu theories and policies of socialism with Chinese characteristics.For the new era,Minzu discourse can be used as a new symbol to strengthen the confidence in the Minzu field in external publicity to achieve value reconstruction,and as a new strategy to tell well the story of the Chinese national community to achieve paradigm reconstruction,so as to push relevant research to a new stage of“interpreting the national community”and establishing the translation for Zhonghua Minzu(Chinese nation).
