全球供应链重构背景下两岸经济融合发展的趋势研究

摘　　要：近年来,全球供应链重构趋势愈发凸显,不同力量之间的博奔仍在继续。本文从宏观、中观、微观视角对全球供应链重构背景下两岸经济融合发展的新趋势展开分析。宏观层面,两岸经济融合发展从投资驱动融合向产业链驱动融合转变、从外循环驱动融合向内循环驱动融合转变、从供给侧驱动融合向需求侧驱动融合转变。中观层面,存在行业异质性,电子产品呈现近岸生产特征,通信、光学、电机产品依然保持离岸生产特征。微观层面,千大台商在大陆逆势增长且出现两级分化,其中,关键制造业台商保持高速增长、服务业台商逆势增长。最后,本文从影响供应链重构驱动机制的角度,提出打造两岸共同市场优化两岸参与供应链重构的实施路线图。In recent years,global supply chain restructuring has become increasingly prominent,and the game between different forces is still going on.This paper analyzes the new trend of cross-Straits economic integration under the background of global supply chain restructuring from macro,intermediate and micro perspectives.At the macro level,cross-Straits economic integration is shifting from investment-driven to industrial chain driven,from outer circulation driven to inner circulation driven,and from supply-side driven to demand-side driven.At the intermediate level,there is industrial heterogeneity.Electronic products show nearshore production,while communication,optical and motor products still maintain offshore production.At the micro level,top 1000 Taiwan Residents enterprises in the mainland buck the trend of growth and show polarization.Among them,Taiwan Residents enterprises in key manufacturing industry maintain a high growth rate and Taiwan Residents enterprises in service industry buck the trend of growth.Finally,from the driving mechanism of influencing supply chain restructuring,this paper proposes an implementation roadmap of cross-Straits common market to optimize cross-Straits participation in supply chain restructuring.
