摘　　要：虫类药作为动物药组成的一部分,其药理及化学成分等相关研究逐渐深入,但动物药研究相较于植物药偏少,其基础研究较为薄弱,尤其体现在动物药材品种混乱和质量良莠不齐等方面.目前,未见虫类药的质量评价研究相关综述,通过分析维普资讯和中国知网2005—2022年中所收录有关虫类药质量的相关文献,从性状、显微鉴别、分子鉴别、光谱鉴别、色谱鉴别、含量测定、指纹图谱及安全性评价等方面对虫类药的质量评价研究现状进行阐述,并对现有问题和未来发展前景进行分析,以期为虫类药的质量控制及评价研究提供参考.As a part of animal drugs,the study on insect drugs has gradually been furthered in terms of their pharmacology,efficacy and chemical composition.However,compared with plant drugs,the research on animal drugs is not enough,and its basic research is relatively weak,which is especially reflected in the confusion of varieties in the application of animal drugs and the uneven quality of medicinal materials.At present,there is no relevant review on the quality evaluation research of insect medicinal materials.This paper describes the current status of the quality evaluation research of insect medicinal materials from the aspects of character microscopic identification,molecular identification,spectral identification,chromatographic identification,content determination,fingerprint and safety evaluation by analyzing the relevant documents of insect medicinal materials included in the Weipu Information and CNKI from 2005 to 2022.The existing problems and future development prospects are analyzed in order to provide reference and help for the quality control and evaluation of insect drugs.
