民营经济发展的方志阐释——基于《温州市志》等志书关于民营经济的记述

摘　　要：温州民营经济发展是中国改革开放和民营经济发展的“样本”,“温州模式”集中体现了中国民营经济发展经验。新方志对民营经济发展予以丰富记述,两部《温州市志》及有关志书全面、客观、多层次记述民营经济的发展,对民营经济发展历程、各领域发展和“温州模式”的内涵进行了详细记述。习近平总书记强调精神的力量,总结升华“温州精神”提炼而成“浙江精神”,为民营经济及经济社会全面发展铸魂赋能。新方志关于民营经济的记述体现了社会主义现代化强国的生成和现代国家意识的成功构建。The development of privately-operated economy in Wenzhou is a"sample"of China's reform and opening up and the development of privately-operated economy.The"Wenzhou Mode"epitomizes the development experiences of China's privately-operated economy.New local records devoted abundant accounts of the development of the privately-operated economy.Two sets of Wenzhou City Records and related local records comprehensively and objectively recorded from multiple levels the development of privately-operated economy,and made detailed recordings of the development process of privatelyoperated economy,various regional developments,and the connotations of"Wenzhou Mode".General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the power of spiritual forces,and extracted the"Zhejiang spirit"by summarizing and distlling the"Wenzhou spirit",forging the soul and energizing the privately-operated economy and comprehensive development of the economy and the society.Recordings of the privatelyoperated economy in new local records reflect the creation of a Socialist modernized strong nation and the successful construction of modern national consciousness.
