摘 要:复合绝缘横担是一种新型输电杆塔形式,与传统输电线路相比,不再利用钢材作为主要材料,而是利用具备高绝缘性的复合材料制作而成,此种材料还具有强度高、重量轻、耐腐蚀、易维护及可设计性强等优点,是新型复合材料在输电线路中的创新性应用。通过对复合材料横担的应用现状及技术特性的分析,对比分析钢材及复合材料的性能差异,遵循经济性、节约性原则,以开发功能完善、性能多元的输电线路为导向,展开复合绝缘横担的合理设计,旨在促进其在输电线路工程中的推广应用,并取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。Composite crossarm is a new form of transmission tower,compared with the traditional transmission line,no longer use steel as the main material,but the use of high insulation composite material made of,this material also has the advantages of high strength,light weight,corrosion resistance,easy maintenance and strong designability,is a new composite material in the transmission line innovative application.Based on the analysis of the application status and technical characteristics of the composite crossarm,the performance difference between steel and composite materials is compared and analyzed.Following the principle of economy and economy,and guided by the development of transmission lines with perfect functions and multiple performance,the rational design of composite insulated crossarm is carried out to promote its application in transmission line engineering.And achieved good social and economic benefits.
