摘　　要：为实现新时期下自然资源执法监察工作的高效、精准要求,解决传统方法中的效率低下、信息不实时等问题,确保自然资源的合理配置和可持续利用,该文提出利用移动GIS技术设计并搭建自然资源巡查执法系统的方案。通过该系统,整合自然资源巡查执法的各类数据资源,实现违法行为的迅速定位、精确分析、及时处置,做到违法行为早发现、早制止、早处置,有效提高执法人员的工作效率,确保自然资源的保护与管理。In order to realize the efficient and accurate requirements of law enforcement and supervision of natural resources in the new era,solve the problems of low efficiency and non-real-time information in traditional methods,and ensure the rational allocation and sustainable utilization of natural resources,this paper puts forward a scheme of using mobile GIS technology to design and build a natural resources inspection and law enforcement system.Through this system,all kinds of data resources of natural resources inspection and law enforcement are integrated,the rapid positioning,accurate analysis and timely disposal of illegal acts are realized,and illegal acts are detected,stopped and disposed of as early as possible,which thereby effectively improves the work efficiency of law enforcement personnel and ensures the protection and management of natural resources.
