知识社会视野下新型研究型大学的组织特性与可持续发展路径

摘　　要：在知识社会转型与未来教育变革的双层驱动下,新型研究型大学与可持续发展理念合作,展现富有生命力的组织特性,建立起一种城际共生平衡生态圈。新型研究型大学基于高起点、小而精、研究型、特色化的新起点,主动融入知识社会的组织生态,与多态性组织形成目标、实践和价值的耦合基础。基于这些耦合性,新型研究型大学创生出组织韧性、跨界性、有组织性、包容性等组织特性,全面强化大学的知识创造螺旋、组织生态与服务社会能力。面对知识社会的不确定性风险,新型研究型大学应凸显组织特性,推动有组织科研创新,培育生态型组织,打造多主体协同善治的组织链条,共促可持续发展。Driven by the transformation of knowledge society and the reform of future education,new research universities cooperate with the concept of sustainable development to show the vitality of organizational characteristics and establish an inter-city symbiotic balance ecosystem.Based on the new starting point of high starting point,small and fine,research-oriented and characteristic,the new research university actively integrates into the organizational ecology of the knowledge society,and forms the coupling foundation of goal,practice and value with the polymorphic organization.Based on these couplings,new research universities create organizational characteristics such as organizational resilience,cross-border,organized,and inclusiveness,and comprehensively strengthen the university's knowledge creation spiral,organizational ecology,and social service capabilities.Facing the uncertainty risk of knowledge society,new research universities should highlight organizational characteristics,promote organized scientific research and innovation,cultivate ecological organizations,and create an organizational chain of multi-agent collaborative good governance to jointly promote sustainable development.
