抗生素骨水泥保护性覆盖皮肤软组织缺损伴肌腱骨质外露创面在显微外科修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨抗生素骨水泥保护性覆盖皮肤软组织缺损伴肌腱骨质外露创面在显微外科修复中的临床应用效果。方法 2020年5月-2022年7月,应用抗生素骨水泥覆盖皮肤软组织缺损伴肌腱及骨质外露55例,一期行彻底清创后,应用抗生素骨水泥覆盖创面,术后给予抗炎等药物治疗。二期根据创面情况再次扩创并采用各种带蒂或游离皮瓣修复创面。结果 55例均未出现伤口及骨质感染、肌腱糜烂等情况,为二期手术提供良好创面条件及足够准备时间。结论 使用抗生素骨水泥保护性覆盖皮肤软组织缺损伴肌腱骨质外露创面的方法是安全可靠的。Objective To explore the clincal application of antibiotic bone cement protective wound covering in soft tissue defect with tendon bone exposure in microsurgical repair.Methods From May 2020 to July 2022,antibiotic bone cement was used to cover skin and soft tissue defects with tendon and bone exposure in 55 microsurery cases.In the clinical work of microsurgery,there were many patients with severe trauma and pollution.After thorough debridement in the first stage,antibiotic bone cement was applied to cover the wound surface,and anti-inflammatory drugs were given after operation.In the second stage,according to the condition of the wound,the wound was expanded again or repaired with various pedicle or free fiaps.Results The clinical application of microsurgery,there was no wound,bone infection and tendon erosion,which provided good wound conditions and sufficient time for the second stage operation.Conclusion In the clnical work of microsurgery,it is safe and unreliable to use antibiotic bone cement to cover the skin and soft tissue defect with tendon and bone exposure.
