摘 要:为强化污泥暗发酵产氢,考察了矿化垃圾(AR)对污泥暗发酵产氢的影响,并从有机物生物转化过程、酶学及微生物群落特征等方面分析了AR对污泥暗发酵产氢的强化机制。结果表明,当AR含量为9%时,氢气产量高达15.6 mL/g,约为空白组的1.25倍。同时AR促进了污泥水解酸化过程,并可将发酵液内溶解性COD、溶解性蛋白质和多糖含量分别提高至4265、2903和1195mg/L。AR既提高了与水解酸化过程相关关键酶的活性,又影响了污泥暗发酵过程中微生物的群落特征。在门水平上,AR提高了Firmicutes和Proteobacteria的相对丰度;在属水平上,其提高了Bacteroides和Gallicola的相对丰度,上述微生物均与污泥水解酸化过程相关。This paper investigated the effect of aged refuse(AR)on the hydrogen production of sludge dark fermentation,and analyzed the enhanced mechanism of AR on the sludge dark fermentation from the aspects of organic matter biotransformation process,enzymatic characteristics and microbial community characteristics,so as to enhance hydrogen production of sludge dark fermentation.When the AR content was 9%,the hydrogen yield was as high as 15.6 mL/g,approximately 1.25 times that of the blank group.In addition,AR promoted the process of sludge hydrolysis and acidification,and increased the contents of dissolved COD,dissolved protein and polysaccharide in the fermentation broth to 4265 mg/L,2903 mg/L and 1195 mg/L,respectively.AR increased the activity of key enzymes related to hydrolysis and acidification process,and affected the characteristics of microbial community in sludge dark fermentation.At the phylum level,AR increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and Proteobacteria.At the genus level,it increased the relative abundance of Bacteroides and Gallicola.These microorganisms were all related to the process of sludge hydrolysis and acidification.
