摘　　要：进入“十四五”建设发展周期,配电网投资数额显著增加,但各类配电网项目投入产出效益水平参差不齐。在电力体制改革深入推进等大环境之下,各级电网企业都愈发重视电网项目的建设效果和投资效益,把精准投资、精益管理作为企业的追求之一。从整体电网投资效能开展评价工作,强化电网投资成效的评价和总结,因地制宜落实投资策略,推动企业高质量发展成为当前电网企业面临的一项重要任务。During the implementation"Fourteenth Five Year Plan"the investment in distribution networks has increased significantly,while various distribution network projects have differed widely in output/investment ratio.Therefore,under the general environment of deepening power management mechanism reformation,power grid enterprises at all levels pay more attention to construction effect and investment effectiveness of grid projects,and take precise investment and fine management as one of their pursuits.It is an important task for power grid enterprises to carry out evaluation from overall investment effectiveness,strengthen investment evaluation and summary,and adopt investment strategies according to specific conditions,so as to promote high-quality development of enterprises.
