摘  要:针对汽车门板上门框结构在小头端设计中存在复杂形状导致的脱模挑战,设计了一种创新的汽车门板上框架模具脱模结构,以解决脱模过程中的支撑问题,确保产品的质量和稳定性。设计的新型模具脱模结构利用弹针结构和第三直顶块的组合,通过在脱模过程中提供有效支撑,降低产品变形的可能性。在模具的第一次顶出起始阶段,弹针结构确保产品在分离过程中的稳定性,防止形变发生;在产品前端嘴部处设置第三直顶块,为产品提供额外支撑,进一步减少脱模过程中的变形风险。该模具结构设计针对脱模时易出现的问题,通过考虑力学平衡和物料流动性,确保产品在整个生产过程中表现优异、符合预期。Aiming at the demolding challenge caused by the complex shape of the upper frame structure on the small end of the automobile door panel,an innovative demolding structure for the frame mold on the automobile door panel was designed in order to solve the support problem during the demolding process,and ensuring product quality and stability.The designed mold demolding structure utilizes a combination of a spring needle structure and a third straight top block to provide effective support during the demolding process and reduce the possibility of product deformation.In the initial stage of the first ejection of the mold,the needle structure ensures the stability of the product during the separation process and prevents deformation from occurring.Installing a third straight top block at the front mouth of the product,which provides additional support and further reduce the risk of deformation during demolding.In response to the problems that are prone to occur during mold demolding,the mold structure design in this study ensures excellent performance and meets expectations throughout the entire production process by considering mechanical equilibrium and material fluidity.
