摘　　要：冷轧热镀锌张力辊打滑现象时有发生,根据生产时遇到的张力辊打滑现象,进行了分析,总结了原因,并给出了针对性的措施,使打滑问题得到了有效的解决。Strip slipping in tension bridle rolls is one of the common problem of hot-dip galvanizing line.This article analyzes the slipping problem in the commissioning and production process,and summarizes the reasons,some effective solutions are proposed at last to reduce the rate of the slipping.
