摘 要:19世纪末,美国公共图书馆儿童服务全面兴起,儿童图书馆员的专业教育开始引起关注,安妮·卡罗尔·摩尔在大量的实践活动中积累了丰富的儿童馆员教育经验,倡导重视和培养儿童图书馆员个人素质,要求加强专业素养教育,并提倡将理论学习融入实践教学。安妮·卡罗尔·摩尔的教育思想和教学实践不仅为早期美国儿童图书馆事业的发展培养了一批杰出人才,也为美国儿童图书馆员教育理论的发展提供了有力支撑,对于我国儿童图书馆学专业教育实践也具有重要的参考和借鉴意义。In the late 19th century,children's services in American public libraries experienced a comprehensive surge.The professional education of children's librarians began to attract attention.Through extensive practical activities,Moore accumulated rich experiences in educating children's librarians.She advocated for the emphasis and cultivation of individual qualities in children's librarians,calling for the enhancement of their professional literacy education.Furthermore,she promoted the integration of theoretical learning into practical teaching.Her educational philosophy and teaching practices not only nurtured a cohort of outstanding talents for the early development of American children's library services but also provided robust support for the advancement of educational theories in American children's librarianship.This holds significant relevance and reference value for the practical education of children's library science in China.
